This policy explains what personal information Sisnex LLC ("Sisnex", "we", "us") collects through the website sisnex.com, our client services and the mobile applications we publish ("Apps"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Individual Apps may publish an additional notice describing app-specific data; where they do, that notice applies together with this policy.
Who we are
Sisnex LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. For any privacy question, contact support@sisnex.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, request a quote, become a client or contact support, we receive your name, email address, company name, phone number and the content of your message. If you create an account in one of our Apps, we receive the details you enter, such as your email address and profile information.
Payment information. Payments on our website and client invoices are processed by Stripe, Inc. Purchases inside our Apps are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and limited billing details such as name, country and the last four digits of the card.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard request logs — IP address, browser type, requested page and time — for security and troubleshooting. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our Apps may collect crash reports and anonymous usage statistics to fix errors and improve performance; each App's store listing describes exactly which data it collects.
How we use information
- To provide our services and Apps, and to respond to your requests;
- To process payments, issue invoices and keep accounting records;
- To send service messages such as receipts, security notices and changes to these terms;
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract — for example hosting, email, payment processing (Stripe, Apple, Google) and crash reporting — and when required by law or to protect our rights. If Sisnex is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: support correspondence for up to two years, App account data until you delete the account, and business and tax records for the period required by law (generally seven years).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, can exercise these rights by emailing support@sisnex.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Instructions for deleting an App account are on our support page.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular updates to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.
International transfers
Sisnex is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; significant changes will be announced on this page or in the affected App.
